The Licensed Designer should initially visit the site with the owner to see the proposed development site. This visit is very important for both the Licensed Designer and the landowner to discuss possible house site locations in relation to where suitable wastewater disposal areas could be in relation to any site conditions that may or may not hamper the sanitary design.
